We will gladly accept the return of your purchase if the goods are unworn, unwashed and free of damage and has all its original labels attached as originally supplied. This is subject to your order being returned within 14 working days from the date the order is dispatched.
How do I do it?
Please return item(s) in the original packaging to the address below. Make sure to include a note describing why you have returned the item(s), also please include the order invoice or at least your order number with the package.

If you are returning your order for a different size/colour/style etc, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We will only cover return shipping if the fault is ours.
Please note this cost also occurs if you miss an attempted delivery and your order is not collecting your local sorting office after 7 days.
When do I get my refund?
We will refund your payment card account and you will be emailed once we have completed the transaction. We aim to refund your card within 48 hours of receiving your goods, it should clear with your bank after a further 3 days. Please note you will not be returned shipping costs.
Whoops, my item is faulty!
If there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com We will exchange the item, arrange a credit note or offer a full refund. We will need to inspect the item first so once we’ve received your pack at the above address we will be in contact. We will arrange a full refund also for return postage should the item prove to have a genuine fault.
Whoops, I got the wrong item!
If we have made a mistake on an order we will refund the postage charges incurred by you sending back the goods. We will send out the correct order as soon as we receive the items sent.
