Dutch Welcome to Cork - Hoodie

Every morning without fail the first flight to leave Cork International Airport leaves for Amsterdam - just 1.5 hours away.

With so many Dutch people visiting and living in the People's Republic of Cork these days we said it was time to put out an official welcome. This street art by Garreth Joyce can be seen on Merchant's Quay opposite the city centre bus station. 

We took a typical Dutch windmill and reimagined it through a Cork lens with hurleys instead of blades.
